The Department holds regular representation of the ministry and the conduct of its common services, as well as the exercise of authority referred to in article 63 of law 40/2015, of 1 october, from The Legal Regime of the public Sector and the leadership, momentum and monitoring of the governing bodies and units dependent directly.
