TheMinistry for the transformation and the civil servicereaffirms its commitment to thetransparency, integrity and good governancein the implementation of fundsRecovery Plan, transformation and Resilience (PRTR).To ensure the efficient use and right of european fundsNext Generation us,they have implemented specific measuresprevention, detection and correctionof fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest and double financing.
In compliance with the demands of theOrder HFP/1030/2021,which articulates the PRTR management, the ministry has taken aAnti-Fraud Plan of actionand other mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation, in order to minimize the risks and strengthen public confidence in the implementation of the plan.

This system allows anynatural personcommunicate safelyactions or omissionsthat may become:
- Violations of the european Union.
- Administrative violations serious or very serious.
- Criminal offences.
