The Council of Ministers last day 11, has approved a credit supplement in the budget of the General Mutuality of Civil Servants of the State, amounting to EUR 25,000,000, to cover expenditure relating to temporary incapacity until the end of the financial year.

These expenses have occurred, among other reasons, due to the deaths of COVID-19 associated diseases, the interventions that were not carried out in 2020 and are being carried out in 2021, the aging of the protected collective, as well as the medical inspections due to the high volume of cases resulting from the pandemic.
