The Subsecretariat has the ordinary representation of the Ministry and the direction of its common services, as well as the exercise of the powers referred to in Article 63 of Law 40/2015 of 1 October, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector and the direction, impetus and supervision of the governing bodies and the directly dependent units.
