The Transparency Portal of the General Administration of the State periodically publishes information on contracts based on framework agreements for procurement of products and provision of services declared to be centralised procurement, in the area covered by Article 8.1.a) of the Transparency Act.
The framework agreement is the way of rationalising procurement by pre-establishing a number of conditions or terms common to all contracts, so as to simplify the management of contracts and facilitate the accession of bodies or entities.
In the latest publication of the Transparency Portal on the number of contracts based on framework agreements for the month of August 2020, new developments have been introduced in the presentation of this information in a more visual form in the form of graphs. In this way, we obtain information on contracts based on framework agreements published throughout 2020 month by month and, in addition, their evolution from 2014, the year in which the Transparency Portal began to operate, to the present day.
