The Ministry of Finance and Civil Service shall include, without prior request, the following posts in the unitary competition:

(a) Those posts which, finding themselves vacant, would not have been convened by the Local Corporations in the ordinary competition.

(b) Posts which, having been convened in the regular competition, would have been deserted.

(c) Posts which, having been convened in the regular competition, would not have been awarded by the Local Corporation for other reasons.

However, on a voluntary basis, and upon request, the Corporations are offered the possibility to include those positions that would have been vacant after the call for the ordinary competition.

The Marketing Authorisation Holder and Manufacturer application for inclusion must be submitted through the following electronic procedure, after identification with the local entity’s stamp or digital certificate of legal representative of the corporation, enclosing resolution of the president of the corporation requesting the inclusion expressly.
