The legal regime of the Spanish civil service is included in numerous rules, based on the principles contained in the Constitution, and with the legislation foreseen, among others, in the Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of 30 October, approving the recast text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, or Law 30/1984, of 2 August, of measures for the reform of the Public Service.
