Madrid, January 22, 2025.- The National Institute of Public Administration (INAP), dependent on the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function, has renewed its Bequal certification, in the Bequal Plus 70 category, for its “leadership, commitment and good practices in the inclusion of people with disabilities”. This certification, granted after a rigorous audit, highlights the progress of INAP in responsible and inclusive management.

The Bequal certification validates INAP’s inclusive policies in key areas such as strategy and leadership, human resources management, accessibility, socially responsible public contracting and the relationship with citizenship; and places the entity as a reference in the promotion of equal opportunities for people with disabilities.

In this regard, with regard to the management of human resources, 4.7 per cent of the INAP workforce consists of persons with disabilities, and 50 per cent of them are severely disabled and particularly vulnerable. The Institute has reasonable adaptations and adjustments in the selective processes and makes specific calls for persons with disabilities.

The award was given to the director of the INAP, Manuel Pastor, by the patron of the Bequal Foundation, Iñigo Alli.
